Successful in sales but want to improve?
I am in sales and I am successful because I use Ann Barr's tips EVERY day! I have been lucky enough to have taken 2 of Ann Barrs courses with excellent results and this book is a wonderful tool that every sales rep can benefit from. Success for a young team
I have a fairly young team that needs to start with the basics of selling which 'How to Win the Sale and Keep the Customer' gives excellent guidelines for. I have used the chapter on Overcoming Objections in daily huddle meetings to roll play and get the team involved in their own training. It has taken several of the reps to a different level in their appraoches towards their customers. The bullet points pulled out to the side of the pages are excellent reference points for me and easy to use.
