    Planet Hulk is smashing!!

This is the first graphic novel I have read in five years and it blew me away. I love The Hulk and have all of hus movies and have rad most of his comics since the character was created. The Hulk is launched to another planet by his so called friends on Earth and lands on a forbidden and desolate world where only the strongest will survive. Hulk fights in the arenas and becomes an ally to a motley group of fellow warriors. He lleads his group from slavery to being rulers of the entire world. Hulk meets and marries his queen and all seems just right for him until the shup he was sent to the world on explodes and kills Hulk's queen and unborn child. The art was spectacular and storyline was continouus and clearly written. This was the best story I have read from Marvel in a long time.

An excellent prelude to World War Hulk

This book has some of the best Hulk Comics I have read in a long time. The story introduces a lot of new characters that will most likely play a part in World War Hulk. The Silver Surfer also makes an appearance at one point in the story. Those who know Hulk's history well know that he has had more then his share of tough breaks but, his situation on this alien planet of Saacar has to take the cake. The story in this book has Hulk at his best, doing what he does best, smashing everybody and everything in his path. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves The Big Green Giant.

One of the best stories since the Peter David Hulk Era, Planet Hulk works well as a Nook Comics and is good for any comic book or sci-fi reader.

Bruce Banner a man haunted by the result of his own creation of the Gamma Bomb that turns him into a super-powered alternative ego called the Hulk.

Over the years hunted by governments and even heroes or villains that what to control, stop or destroy Bruce Banner as man or hulk and prior to the infamous Marvel Comics Civil War (also available as a Nook Comic) the heroes take action to send Banner's alter ego the Hulk into deep space to land upon a peaceful planet to live out his remaining years.

But like all things in the life of the Incredible Hulk, accidents happen and instead the Hulk ends up upon a different planet called Skaar. One in which monsters in many forms rule and the newly arrived Hulk finds himself weaken and unable to change back to Banner.

Now a slave to the Red King and he can only do what he knows to do - SMASH. Hulk rises in power and soon learns that this could be his planet better than the one he left or the one the heroes wanted to send him to.

    Best. Hulk. Story. Ever.

Before this story, Hulk at his best was a two dimensional character. I was never a fan, but I can't make it through this story with out being reduced to tears.
    Best. Hulk. Story. Ever.
