Enticing Pics
I haven't tried many of the recipes in this book yet, but the pictures and instructions look good. I tried the basic hummus which tasted good, but even though I made half the recipe, it was too much. It was easy, though, and it looks like the ingredients will be easy to find.

Hummus...hmmmm not so easy
I thought many of the ingrediants were very hard to find. So I haven't been as enthusiastic as I thought I would be. But I do love some good chickpeas.
