I LOVE this book! It's just what I needed!!
I found Todd Durkin's approach both refreshing and inspirational. This book was easy to read and a true no-nonsense approach to being the best that you can be. I especially loved the fact that as a personal trainer, Todd Durkin works with both professional athletes AND regular, average people like myself- and he treats everyone the same. My favorite part, by far, was his take on what supplements we should take and his personal recommendations for each- (He's got me hooked on that Pure Inventions Green Tea Extract, for example!)
