Great for beginners!
I'm fairly new to gluten-free baking/cooking and eating, but this book answered quite a few of the questions I had. Also it wasn't a bit intimidating to a newbie. I would highly recommend this book to add to anybody's collection who are going gluten-free. "Gluten-Free Eating" has suggestions on substitutions for the different flours, starches and people with allergies (e.g. egg substitutions).
