Great little short story, everybody should read it.

I have read this story now about 3 times and I intend to read it another 3 times. I am a avid reader of Louis L'Amour and I enjoy some paranormal stories. I think "If Tombstomes Could Talk" is a great combination of both. The ending was quite different than I expected but it eas delightful.

Stacey Joy Netzel has a way with words that will draw you in, delight you, and keep your turning pages. In If Tombstones Could Talk, Melanie Sparks longs to connect with her past as much as she longs to find lasting love with the right man. Then one day she meets a hero in a wide-brimmed hat. Real or fantasy? Hero or villian? Her search of the town's historical records leaves her wondering, as does the chance encounters with this handsome man about whom she makes miraculous discoveries--not only his past connection to her family but the way he touches her soul. A must read that is indeed intriguing. It will touch your heart and make you want to grab every Stacey Joy Netzel book you can get your hands on.

A very light short romance. Didn't feel like it was worth the money. I enjoy paranormal stories but didn't think this one was very good. A little interesting to follow the twist to find out the causes, but other than that not much to recommend it.

    Too short

Started off great, interestingly plotted, interesting characters. Unfortunately, just when I got immersed in the story, the author condensed the rest and rushed the ending. Would have made a good book.
I also do not like that almost half the book consists of exerpts from other books by the author, an unwelcome marketing ploy. It would not be so annoying if the pages were not included as part of the book; about 100 pages were "advertising".
