Whole Series Was AMAZING!

I read all three of these books in 2days! I never read anything like this before. I just love the characters, the curse, the soulmates aspect. Everything is amazing about these books. Kresley Cole hit this one on the nose!

Loved It!

I could not put this book down! It was steamy and sexy and packed full of adventure. Absolutely loved it. I'm working on the second book right now (so far so good). This is definately in the permanent library.

unforgettable!!!

This is my first book by this author and if you want some stimulation in your life then read this book. My heart is still racing even after I finished the book. Courtland is a man you will not forget, believe me. You will become immersed and enthralled with the two main characters--Court and Annalia. Everytime these two characters come together you are treated to a passion that is so intense it is just unbelievable, you'll be crying out for more.

What a Great Book!

I love Kresley Cole! I started out with her Immortals After Dark Series and read them all in 2 weeks. I didn't think that I would do the same with the MacCarrick Brother Series, but I am! This is book is well written, has great characters, and plot. It is romantic and steamy without being vulgar. (The last couple of romance novels have been blunt and vulgar). It is a great series and you can not go wrong reading them. I love love love Kresley Cole and this book!!

MacCarrick Brothers Series = Everything a woman wants in a romance novel.

BUY THIS SERIES!! I will warn you: this author is excellent, and ALL of her books are PHENOMINAL. I heart Kresley Cole.
Okay, back to the MacCarrick Brothers Series. Buy them.

Loved this book!

This was the first book by Kresley Cole that I have read. I loved the whole MacCarrick Brothers Series! I couldn't get enough of these characters. Her Immortals After Dark series is also terrific.

WOW soooo HOT!!!!!!!!!!

I have read all of Ms. Cole Immortals After Dark and then extended my reading to this series. WOW Absolutely Amazing and fell in love with the brothers MacCarrick! This book is steaming hot and a must read! Makes me want to go to Scotland just to see these hotties. The story is written beautifully. Thumbs up from me!

Breathtaking

It did sort of drag a bit from the beginning but once you got to the action I couldn't put it down. The villains in this book are what you expect cold and deadly. I loved how the character's in the book were well defined, and at the same time not taking away from the hero and heroin's part of the story. I am thoroughly intrigued in this series and cannot wait until the second 'If You Desire' comes out.

Love all her books

Check it out! Definitely recommend

I enjoy her Immortals After Dark series and decided to give this series a try. I read all three books in 4 days. Very enjoyable and well written, with such striking differences between brother's yet also similar in their darkness and foreboding. Loved them and highly recommend her as an author.

i couldnt put it down. i felt fir both chracters and at times both laughed and wanted to strangle them. The romance built and was believable

If you are a Kresley Cole fan, you will probably like this one too. I did, although it is far from being one of my favorites. The dialogue was a little boring in my opinion. I guess I just love her paranormal romance more! Although...I loved it when Anna smashed the big bad scot in the head with a rock!

Unique and interesting highlander novel

This is a unique highlander novel that I am happy I picked up. Started slow, but became interesting very quickly. Cool plot, nice details, and easy to follow. Hero is perfectly savage, heroine is gracefully solid, and all the characters are steadfast. The intimate scenes (and those leading up to) were well-written. Fabulous light read and I will be reading the sequels soon.

An Awesome Author

Kresley Cole has quickly become one of my favorite writers. Her style is thoughtful and intelligent. You can tell that she takes the time to think about what emotions/ideas she wants to convey and than how to best bring those things across to the reader. I've read Outlander, by Galbadon (which was amazing, btw), and was hesitant to read another "highlander" type book in case is was a copy-cat or couldn't live up to Outlander standards. I was delighted when I started the book, because I knew that Cole had once again delivered an outstandingly crafted romance.

A good book, it was a bit long. The first couple hundred pages (on the nook) were kind of bland but it picked up.
