Only worth your time if you are really into time travel.

Only worth your time if you are really into time travel.
This one was not my cup of tea and I felt it had some weaknesses as a story. If you really get into time travel the weaknesses can perhaps be overlooked. Interesting concepts....

Great Short Story Read
Characters are well written. Story has adequate and sometimes humorous details. I really liked it and could easily see sequels from this.

A Good Short Story
If At First offers a quick and interesting read. Anyone who enjoys stories about time travel should spend the few minutes it takes to read this story. With a prominent author, the writing is far better quality than many other short stories that Barnes and Noble offers.

Liked the Short Story, but...
The short story was pretty good. Of course it wasn't epic like Pandora's star, but that wasn't expected. I'm still not through reading the excerpt from the book that came after the short story, (can't remember the name, Mindless?) but so far, I'm not real into it. I really wish Mr. Hamilton would back of the graphic sex... it's really not necessary 99.9% of the time, and, if it is relevant, leave something to the imagination, so those of us who don't want to aren't forced to read the graphic details. Love Hamilton though. Wish he'd bring back Ozzy and friends!

Not so bad..
I didn't think the short story was all that bad. I didn't care for the preview nearly as much and don't think I would buy the full book when published.

Dreadful
A middle school child could write a better short story than this disjointed, over the top failure.

Awful
Too short, too confusing, never knew who was supposed to be speaking, no plausability whatsoever, dull. After forcing myself through the 14 page gobbledegoop mishmash of unpunctuated drivil, I couldn't find the courage to attempt the book preview. No thanks, I'll pass

Good idea bad ending
I liked the idea of time travel and changing the known outcomes, alternate universes with all possibilities. But the end was weak and not well thought out. Short 15 Nook pages mean you don't waste too much time.

This was ok
I give this story more of a 2.5/5 it was just kind of boring yet somewhat interesting at the same time. I thought it was 41 pages long but then it judt randomly ended at page 15 and went into an excerpt for another book by the same author. If your into scifi time travel stories then you might enjoy it but if not, its not really worth your time, even if its free.
