Hunted to extinction by a power hungry enemy, Tasmin is the last

Hunted to extinction by a power hungry enemy, Tasmin is the last of his vampiric dynasty. Forced to sleep for centuries, he awakens weakened and in need of answers. He travels to Tipton and the home of the resurrected Lilim dynasty with the hope that their new queen, Lily, will have the answers he so desperately needs.

Bailey is Queen Lilly's human best friend. Even though she takes her introduction to Lily's supernatural world, she longs for her quite life and for the comforts their friendship held before Lily was changed. When Tasmin crashes into her dog grooming business and life, she feels an instant connection and need to help him get the answers to his questions. Unfortunately, the war between the vampire dynasties escalates forcing decisions neither wants to make.

I love the world that Kendra Leigh Castle has created. It's such a unique take on the vampire mythos. The vampires are divided into dynasties, each belonging to the dynasty that created them and marked with a symbol of their dynasty. Each dynasty has its own powers, some even with the ability to shift into animal form. However, Queen Arsinöe of the Ptolemy dynasty is hungry for power and will stop at nothing to to destroy the Lilim and their allies.

Immortal Craving is part of a series, but can easily be read as a stand-alone. There is a lot of action intermixed with humor throughout the story. The relationship between Tasmin and Bailey is steamy and adds a terrific romantic element to the storyline. Characters from the prior three books make an appearance and it's wonderful to catch up with them. This is another book/series to be added to your TBR!

Very good and can stand alone without having read the other books. I know because I have not read the other books in the series but will be buying them very soon. Kendra Leigh Castle was excellent at creating and weaving a paranormal world. Even though, if I read the other books first I might have had a better grasp on the whole world. It was not necessary. I picked up the world and the people in it and by the midway point you knew where and what everyone was and stood. Bailey was such a strong female character very rarely does an author keep the female strong throughout the whole story especially when the male lead comes into the picture. Bailey never wavered always true to herself and friends. Tasmin was wounded hero you were always rooting for no matter the odds. He woke-up and everyone he knew was dead and with a demon tied to his soul with no way of knowing how to control it when it took over. I think that is why Bailey was such a great match for Tasmin she never gives up on someone who is special to her. Tasmin trying to run away and Bailey never letting him get too far. So good I can't wait to go back and read all the other books in this series and the ones to come.

    Kindle

Why are Nook books more expensive than Kindle books. Should really consider Kindle, save a lot of money

    Love this series.

I had this as a sample and realized it was the fourth book in series. You can read by itself but if you read the first three you get more of the story. If you like shifters vampires romance you will like this too. This book is about Tasmin and Bailey. Enjoy reading....the only bad thing is I dont know when the next book will be out and the leading guy and lady.

Immortal Cravings is a real page-turner from the beginning to the end. I could not put it down. If you read paranormal romance books, you are going to love this. This was the first book I have read in the Dark Dynasties series. It is a stand-alone book. I did not feel as if there were any pieces of the story missing. There is a lot of information to absorb, but not an overload of it. It’s a face-paced, well written story with plenty of action, romance, steamy sex scenes and twists and turns. I loved all the characters and their individual personalities. I especially loved the hero Tasmin and the heroine Bailey and their sizzling chemistry. I can’t wait to read the other books in this series.
