Don't buy a download
The whole purpose of buying a downloadable product is to download it when you buy it. Sounds idiot-proof but not for BN. They send you an email, which anywhere else would contain a link to download, but no link. When you order something at 9:00 P.M., you want it now, no sometime. Was this review helpful? Other reviewer was right- book was never delivered, been on hold for 45 minutes
I thought maybe it was a fluke with the other buyer, how they didn't get the book emailed to them. NOPE! Here I am, no book and Barnes and Noble doesn't carry it in the store so I don't have a second choice. I've been on hold for over 45 minutes waiting to speak with a representative. I haven't gotten past the "please hold for the next available customer service agent" part yet. God forbid if they want to transfer me! No book, no customer service. Oh yeah- that's why I always buy on that *other* bookseller's website when given the choice. I almost forgot...Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. I have no idea about the product...
But I can say for certain do not purchase it from this website. I have waited over 12 hours to get the digital delivery. I am currently on the phone with customer support who tell me I will have to wait at least another 24 hours before they can modify, cancel, or expedite my order. It is a shame that you can't buy this on the competitor's web site named after a mythological female warrior. Customer support put me on hold and now just hung up on me. What garbage. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
