Put 'In Dark Places' in a dark place
This is a crude, coarse, laughable book. For Publisher's Weekly to rave about it, one wonders if they were paid for the review. There is no suspense. The author resorts to use of gratuitous foul language, which doesn't thrill or terrify -- it only repels. From the rave blurbs to Publisher's Weekly review, I expected a good story. What I found instead was tiresome.
