In Dreams: A Life Journey in Prose and Poetry

I absolutely loved In Dreams by Elizabeth Grandbois. The author is terminally ill with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and this has given her life story and poetry a degree of intensity that compells you to read more. It's a very inspiring and uplifting book.

In Dreams: A Life Journey in Prose and Poetry

Want to get inspired? Want to get motivated? Then, I recommend reading In Dreams by Elizabeth Grandbois. The author is dying of Lou Gehrig's Disease (ALS), but instead of throwing in the towel, she pens a first-rate book of poetry and life story in one. Add in a Foreword by songwriter Murray McLauchlan and an Afterword by writer Michael B. Davie and you've got a superb package that is bound to inspire and motivate everyone to achieve more in life. As Granbois asserts, we only have a limited amount of time in this world, so let's make the most of it.

In Dreams: A Life Journey in Prose and Poetry

In Dreams by Elizabeth Grandbois has a very heart-warming message of love and peace from a talented writer who is dying from Lou Gehrig's Disease. Her life story is inspiring and her poetry gripping in its intensity. The book also features a Foreword by folksinger Murray McLauchlan and an Afterword by Bushwhacked author Michael B. Davie. This is just one great book.

I very much enjoyed reading the life story of terminally ill writer Elizabeth Grandbois. The poetry of this author was also first-rate and very inspiring. This book will make you ponder your own existence and realize that every day is to be cherished.
