    Good. Some touching moments

Not a gore book. Has some typo's that the publisher could easily fix, but it is a good book

    Read deep

This book was inexpensive and that is what really attracted me, but after I read it I realize that I made a good choice. I would suggest a serious rewrite due to some editorial problems, but the content is great - not perfect, but good. If you are a brand new medic like I once was you will probably not get it - I know you want drama, but this is about LIFE. The often hidden side of ems is contained herein. Still it is a good book and I advise it to all.

    good reading

This is a good book. Not just blood and guts. Seems to have found a deeper meaning to many of the calls he went on...that's pretty rare!

    What EMS is REALLY about

I really liked this book. Not a long one, but it dived into some areas most medics are afraid to touch on. You could feel the inner emotions of the writer. He doesn't try to be a superman or make claims he cant keep. I recommend it.

    Made me cry!

A good read for everybody, not just those of the business. Had some typos within the book, but content was fantastic. Really a different twist then what is normally written about regarding this topic. Loved it.
