Developing a theory
The editors have succeeded many years ago in describing how Alfred Adler developed his theory. They succeeded marvellously in this task by which Adler's thinking has become fully accessible for everybody. The book has been the major work of reference since I got an interest in Individual Psychology. Every other work on IP leans heavily on this outstanding book. Individual Psychology is not only a way to explain the behavior of people, but also tries to set a standard for a fruitful way of being a member of the (world) community.
