It's so easy to forget about inspiration in our lives. At a certain point, we put the idea on the back-burner to focus on what we believe to be more important things in life.  Susyn Reeve doesn't agree--and she's right!  "To be inspired is to awaken to ourselves as integral parts of something so much larger than our own little lives.  It is the quickening of purpose that springs from the depths of our souls." (Katherine Woodward Thomas, from the Preface) Reeve explains how powerful our inner thoughts are and the great affects they have on our self-esteem.  She stresses that only we can change those thoughts within.  Through tips and self-esteem boosting exercises, Reeve helps readers re-shape the way they view themselves.  She really stresses that nothing can substitute inspiration.  We must maintain inspiration in whatever way we can.  I recommend this book to anybody, who feels like something is missing in their life.

Susyn Reeve and Joan Breiner help you to craft your own Inspired

Susyn Reeve and Joan Breiner help you to craft your own Inspired Life by first stressing the importance and impact your thoughts have on how your days materialize to be either dull or lively. Then, you are taken on a crash course of awareness through all of the obstacles that may stand in your way of achieving a life of depth and purpose.  Finally, you learn to lovingly and freely live a visionary life of spirituality, passion and value. This book has helped me overcome many mental roadblocks that have kept me from conquering milestones throughout the past year. It helps you to joyfully live each day renewed and impassioned, more fully enveloped in the community around you.

This book honestly does help one learn how to lead an inspired life and left me feeling revitalized. I came away from this book feeling more like myself, but the part of me that I wanted to badly to let out--the part of me that felt stifled and very UNinspired. With topics such as "Renewing and Nourishing Your Brain," "Fear--Moving Through to Break Through," "Expectations: Choosing a New Thought," and "Commit First: Living With Passion and Purpose," Reeve and Breiner get down to the knitty-gritty of our mind, soul, and lifestyle and reveals how we can live in the present--happily and feeling inspired.
