Great Stretches for relaxing, stress and a good work-out I got the book as a gift recently, it was worth the purhase. I am a beginner, currently taking Pilates and Yoga and this book covers most of the stretches and positions we practice in my classes. But the good thing about the book, I can throw it in the suitcase on vacation and keep up with my work-out. The stretches are not very difficult, and the book is like a live instructor. It will tell you to deepen in to the stretches but never force. You'd be amazed the definition and flexibility you gain from stretching, I see the results and continue to.
