    Waiting for more books!!!

My 17 year old son just finished this book and loved it. He has been an Iron Man fan since a child and can't wait for the movie to come out! Are more books (non-comic) planned for Iron Man? He would love to have more books with new adventures for Iron Man!

So much more than the movie!

Whether or not you have seen the film this novel is great. It offers an intospective look at Iron man and the other characters of the film. Peter david stays true to the film script so that you can enjoy all of your favorite moments of the film, but at the same time offers a more indepth look at what the characters are thinking. Between the backstory material, metaphorical insight, and honest thoughts, the characters really come to life. This isn't just a book about a super hero, and action. Mainly because of peter david it becomes a book about an unlikely hero, overcoming your demons, and the ethics of retaliation. This novel has finaly created an origin story that the character deserves, and one that comic books have never given him. Iron man is on his way to becoming an icon as large as superman himself, and he didn't need a cape to do it.
