Excellent: one of the best books!
This is one of the best books. Has a different perspective than other good RSI/ Carpal tunnel books. I appreciated the authors balanced comments of treatments commonly used by others, and their views of 'root causes' versus ' secondary feedback effects'. Also, good explanations and descriptions of how intensive massage is used in alleviating not just pain but also some numbness. Since it is written by a certified hand therapist, it was interesting for me to compare my hand therapist's approach to this book and to discuss this book with my hand therapist. Get this book, along with Emil Pascarelli & Deborah Quilters book 'Repetitive Strain Injury' .

Get this book before, during or after you see your Doctor
The book was 5 star. (I loved the author's web site as well). Easy to read, concise, and full of much needed medical info. The kind of info your doctor doesn't have the time to explain. Even after reading the whole web site, all the links on RSI everywhere, I still loved the book as it was full of great info. I say get the book before seeing your doctor. It explains alot and can save you time and pain. Great info on prevention also, for those you love. If you have pain don't ignore it. The doctors and physical therapists should read it as well.
