    Great read!

Great leadership lessons presented in a format to encourage the reader to think about what is happening before the points are made. Guides at the end of each chapter reiterate lessons presented in bullet point form.

As Poignant As The Other Go-Giver Books...Brilliantly Done (and owned in hardcover AND Nook)

The "Go-Giver" series of books by Bob Burg and John David Mann are extraordinary. These books made a huge impact on me and the way I look at how I do business, since the very first one, and now continuing with "It's Not About You."

It's remarkable how Bob and John are able to see us all so clearly...and to lead us through transformation just as effortlessly. The lessons aren't always what you expect, and that's what makes them so brilliant. The heart, the honesty, the understanding of the balance between giving and receiving that are present in the "Go-Giver" philosophy are what every entrepreneur and small business owner should strive toward.

"It's Not About You" is one of the best books on leadership that I've come across, and one that made me want to be a better leader, and dare I say, a better person. I keep this book close at hand because the wisdom is something I go back to again and again...and will, for years to come.

    A must read for all

Bob Burg and John David Mann do their wonderful job again with It's Not About You which I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone that is looking at improving themselves in ANY and ALL realms of life.
With this short story book format the principles of thinking of others and not yourself are excellently presented.
Another awesome job Bob and John.
