    Love Anything Jane Austen!

This book was written in 1905, so the writing style and subjects discussed are different than in current times. It was very interesting to ready about England and its history during Jane Austen's life, and the prints included in the book were great. It might be a "slow" read for some, but if the reader is a Jane Austen fan, then I would recommend this book.

    Fascinating Read!

I picked up this book at the bargain rack of Barnes and Noble, not sure what I would find. What I did find was a book filled with interesting nuggets from the life of Jane Austen. Not just about her life, but about the times of her life. The interesting thing is that this book was written in 1904 and the love for Austen and her books, especially 'Pride and Prejudice,' was just as strong then as it is now. Since it was written in the early 1900s, some of the comparisons to Jane's time and the author's time is humorous, but it also then gives you a picture of life over a hundred years ago. I enjoyed reading this book as much as I enjoy reading Jane Austen herself.
