This cookbook is a classic! It's my go-to guide for preparing seafood because it is chock full of information, especially on the kinds of fish that can be substituted in recipes - and her timing guides are perfect. Recipes run the gamut from easy to complicated, with lots of explanations. The recipes are timeless.
