What a completely refreshing Christmas story. This is a squeaky clean book that will remind you of the real meaning of Christmas. It will also review some of the wonderful stories of Scripture that prove that Jesus was and is who He claims to be--the Son of God and the Savior of the World. Some of my favorite parts of the book were the songs. Each character who testified to the veracity of Christ's claim sang a beautifully written song that I only wish I could have heard in action. There is not a thing I would have changed with this story. I believe that young adults, adults, and some children would enjoy this story equally.

This book also deal wisth the age-old question: "If Jesus is who He says He is, why do bad things happen to good people?" So many of us have at one time or another questioned the reality of Christ and wondered why trials and tribulations have been sent our way. This is a perfect time of year to ponder such things and to reach a conclusion that may surprise you (but is certainly accurate).

I was sent a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. I was not financially compensated, and all opinions are 100 percent mine.

As most short stories about Christmas, Jeremy's Christmas Journe

As most short stories about Christmas, Jeremy's Christmas Journey is a touching and heartwarming Christmas story.  I really like how Scott Johnson describes the emotions of Jeremy, its very realistic and eye opening to see into his thoughts.  The only thing I didn't love about this book is I felt that the working was a little too grown up for kids.  I think this would be a great family book to read at Christmas time, however, younger children would probably space out not understand the wording.  Its not THAT advanced, but having a child as a main character I guess I was expecting it to be a childs book, while its in fact a young adult / adult book.
