This is a great book for anyone looking for a job. It describes in detail every answer needed to every difficult question a interviewer may ask.

Job-Winning Answers to the Hardest Interview Questions is a book that has helped me through two interviews so far. I plan to use the book in others if needed.
I had a Receptionist interview. They did not ask that many difficult questions. I really liked my interviewer. Her name was the same as my daughter's name. However, I think I lacked some of the skills needed for the job and asked too much per hour.
The next job I went to was a cook for 80 residents. It was going to be very difficult, because their were certain rules to follow and I would always have to have a friendly disposition no matter what. I was interviewed by three people unlike the other job interview. I had to give permission for a background check that would be sent off to their homeoffice. I think I got the job! If the money per hour part is not too much. They asked one hard question. This book prepared me to turn the questions that they wanted negative answers to into postive feedback.
I especially love the quotes in this book. For example, here is one quote: "Problems are only opportunities in work clothes."~Henry J. Kaiser
I would reccomend this book to anyone looking for a job and wanting to answer those hard, hard questions! ~babydollginter

    Outstanding

You MUST buy this book if you're going on interviews. First, the book goes through the most typical questions you'll hear in an interview. Second, it gives multiple, sample answers to those questions. Real answers, verbatim, not just vague advice about focus. Third, there is a bit of analysis with every question about what employers want to hear and what they would consider a red flag. Lastly, just reading the book before an interview is inspirational - it puts you in the right frame of mind to go in there and impress. That's not actually a focus of the book, but going through all the material orients your focus and arranges your attitudes in the right direction. I learned quite a bit from this book, and I definitely needed to correct a few things. I highly recommend it.
