hope and courage for a better life

'the journey' is a very inspirational book that has ment alot to me.my church used it for a Bible study and was very blessed by it. Billy Grahams bestseller address's the tough situations that we face in life and the disappoints and gives you a wonderful way to begain again and this publication shows you how to live by faith in a very uncertain world. great gift idea for a friend, family member or soldier serving over seas.

    Hard To Put Down

I accidently found this book at my local library. I was scanning the selections of murder and mayhem when I noticed 'The Journey'. For some reason I added this book to my other selections. Finally, after reading all my other books, out of boredom I started reading this book by Billy Graham. Religion was NOT a part of my life. My life has changed. I have changed. Wow! I can't begin to explain how my life has changed. God found me that day. I don't think it was an accident. I bought 'The Journey' to share it with others.

Absolutely one of the best books I have read and continue to read. I have shared this book with others and have had some people come back and tell me that they now understand something that they did not understand before and all because of the way Billy Graham says things...He writes as if he were talking directly to you and I love that!

    God's Most Faithful Messenger

Rev Billy Graham gives us the gift of genuflection for our lives and future personal development in his book 'The Journey'. I opted to read the book rather than attend his recent July 2006 Baltimore event and i am very happy i did. He writes as though he were talking with you in the same room. He is no nonsense and practical. My personal faith increased so much while reading the book i looked into Baptist seminary school for a masters degree in Divinity. This is the most powerful American religious book i have read other than the bible and Jimmy Carter's book Faith.

Excellent - you must check it out!!

Here is a book that gives more comfort and confidence than anything in easy read form. I have learned more about being at ease in any situation.
    A Must read!!

    Christianity 102

This was a fabulous book! Nicky Gumble's 'Questions of Life' and the Alpha course can be Christianity 101. Rev. Graham takes things in the direction of how to apply Christianity in everyday life - kind of Christianity 102. Somewhat like Rick Warren's 'Purpose Driven Life,' but a richer source of information. Of course packed full of biblical references. This book can really help you turn your life around by giving you information on how everything in your life should work.
