    I love pasta, and I absolutely love the recipes in this book. No

    I love pasta, and I absolutely love the recipes in this book. Not that I would really know what "authentic" Italian cooking would be like, but this is such a far cry from anything jarred or canned, and even better than some Italian restaurants I've been to. Some of the recipes are extremely interesting and I can't wait to try them. There are several different tomato sauce recipes alone, and most recipes include a wine suggestion. I've tried maybe 20 out of the 100 recipes in this book and they've all been very good.
