Lost Weight and Gained Energy
This book is great! I was somewhat skeptical about just breathing to lose weight but within the first six days I had lost a total of 12 pounds, cut back on smoking without any discomfort or irritability, and had a huge burst of energy...it's really changed my life. Even if I hadn't lost any weight, I'd still be doing just because it made me feel so good. Life is fun again! It's much easier to do everyday than BodyFlex, which is pretty easy in itself. Try it!

Pam Grout's style of writing is fun, informative and a pleasure to read. I have used the breathing exercises and they work! If you are looking for a way to lose weight and strenuous exercise is not your thing, pick up this book and start loosing weight by practicing these easy effective breathing exercises. No wonder the dieting industry hasn't launched this effective weightloss into the mainstream---it works, and you don't have to buy pills, special equipment or starve on some crazy concocted diet plan! Extra Bonus is the increase in energy and stress relief! Who knew deep breathing exercises could have so many benefits!!
