Highly recommended - Practical Strategic and Tactical Guide
I love this book. Very detailed and comprehensive, but doesn't at all spend too much time on any one topic, in my opinion. Every sentence serves a helpful purpose. Based on my own experience in the field, I feel this book sums up quite powerfully the full potential of the Account Manager's role - and for those who think is just about "key" account management, don't shy away from this - it's a must-read for any level of AM. In fact, a lot of executives and personnel with relationship impact on clients would be well advised to read this from front to back.
