Good for Picky Eaters
Great cookbook for those kids who are finicky eaters. Healthier versions of foods served at fast food places. The ingredients can be found at the grocery store - not at expensive specialty or gourmet stores. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Kid Favorites Made Healthy - you can't go wrong with that!
These recipes are adult favorites too! It is important to eat healthy to be healthy, and this book will get you there. The recipes are easy and use common ingredients. This book actually got me to eat (and like) oatmeal. The recipe is more like an oatmeal casserole than the traditional "glob in a bowl", and it's now my mainstay for breakfast. I loaned the book to my sister, who has 2 teenagers, and she likes the book too.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

Absolutely love this cookbook!!!!
I bought this book in hopes my very picky 3 year old might like a few recipes from the book. To my surprise, she's liked almost everything from the book. The recipes are straight forward with great illustrations. I'm a cook who needs to know what the outcomes is going to look like before I make it. I've purchased this for 2 other friends with children around the same age group. I can't stop bragging about the book, because it's difficult to find kid friendly books that are both nutritious and easy to make. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. I love the morning glory muffins. It's good way of sneaking fruit and veggies into a recipe.
