    Holy cow

    ## Holy crap. This book was superb. The two lead characters were fabulous together. The hero Alex was, well, yowza comes to mind. This book is suspensful and sexy (great combo). I recently read " tropical getaway " and "killer curves" by this same author and loved them, so i thought i'd try the bullet catcher series. Glad i did. My favorite part of ms. St. Claire's books are her heroines. Strong and capable! Off to buy book # 2

    Great mystery and romance

The writing of this authors suspense novels is unique. Just when you think you might know who did it, she adds another twist. The romance was fun, a little weak towards the end. But I cant wait to read the entire Bullet Catcher series.

    Love the Bullet Catchers

I read the most recent Bullet Catcher book, First You Run, and loved it, so I went back to the start of the series, starting with this book. Excellent! Great stories, super heros, very sexy and suspenseful. I want to read them all. If you like Cindy Gerard or Suzann Brockman or the kind of books that have a team of hot military guys who work as specialists, this is one of the best out there. I am going to read them all. I really liked this one because of the Cuban-American hero and the twin-switch story. It was believeable, sexy, fun and really fast to read. High recommendation!

    Sizzling romance! Riviting Suspense!

Roxanne St. Claire is a talented and reliable author, always delivering a deftly plotted romantic suspense full of clever twists and unforgettable romance. Forget Starbucks. This book had me drooling for a cup of Cuban coffee. Not to mention one utterly sexy spanish speaking bodyguard. Great cast. Endearing characters. Well motivated. You won't be disappointed!

Incredible, powerful, full of suspense....a sensual and romantic journey

KILL ME TWICE, the first in Roxanne St. Claire¿s Bullet Catcher series is set in Miami Beach with the most incredible sexy, talented, and hot Cuban born bodyguard you will ever come to know, Alex Romero. Alex is hired to protect Jessica Adams, a Miami newscaster who is about to write a very powerful expose which will put her at the top of her field and land her in New York. Jessica asks her identical twin, Jazz, a PI, to fill in for her at the Miami TV station so that she can go undercover to get her story. When Jazz arrives in Miami, she finds that Alex, a bodyguard has been hired to protect her twin, due to personal threats on her life. Now her sister is missing and not to be found. From there on, these two very capable, strong willed and fiery people team up and begin a journey and search for Jessica that will knock your socks off. I found this book suspenseful, powerful, intriguing and extremely sensual. The Bullet Catcher organization is headed up by an amazing ex-CIA agent, Lucy Sharpe. Lucy also has on her team, two additional strong and sexy men, Max Roper and Dan Gallagher. The stores of these bodyguards and security specialists will be continued in future Bullet Catcher Series. KILL ME TWICE, I believe will be one of Roxanne St. Claire¿s best romance/suspense novels. This book truly deserves five stars and more! I can hardly wait until THRILL ME TO DEATH (Max Roper¿s story) will be released.

    St. Claire does it again!

Roxanne St.Claire knocks me out--not once, not twice, but every time she comes out with another fantastic book. KILL ME TWICE is the first in her new Bullet Catcher series involving an elite squad of bodyguards who know all the right moves--in and out of danger. Set in steamy Miami, KILL ME TWICE has a tight, suspenseful plot and St.Claire's trademark 'braiding' of interconnected story lines to make things even more exciting. The characters are complicated human beings in addition to being (very!) sexy, so the experience of getting to know them is intense and (very!) satisfying. Have I mentioned funny? Just wait until you get to the gym scene, when the usually disciplined Alex Romero considers getting a job as the heroine's sports bra. It wasn't that long ago that Roxanne St.Claire burst onto the romantic suspense scene, but she has already earned herself a place at the top. Prepare to be knocked out by KILL ME TWICE, then read everything else St.Claire has written while waiting for the next Bullet Catcher novel, THRILL ME TO DEATH.

    action-packed romantic suspense

Adroit Broadcasting Group CEO Kimball Parrish hires the Bullet Catchers to protect a beautiful Miami TV newscaster Jessica Adams from a dangerous stalker. Lucy Stone tells Alex Romero he better keep his hands to himself as she does not want Switzerland ever again. Thinking of raspberries on breasts, Alex knows he is on probation for one of the elite, if the not the best, personal protection specialist in the world. Jessica¿s twin sister private investigator Jasmine poses as her when Alex arrives to protect ¿her¿ as Jess has gone undercover on a story. Alex and Jazz meet, sparks fly mostly as temper as she does not need nor want a bodyguard even if he a hunk that stirs her juices. He, in turn, has never felt so much desire, but knows he must keep his hands to himself (though he thinks that¿s a pity), even if she is not the client. Both worry about Jessica and where she is. They begin to look for the sibling while Jazz warns Alex to stop telling her how to do her job even as they fall in love. --- The first Bullet Catchers tale is an action-packed romantic suspense that hooks the audience from the moment Lucy Stone rips skin off of the hero while giving him his assignment. The story line never slows down once Alex arrives in Florida as he takes his work seriously, but runs into an immovable force who demands he leave. From that first encounter, the lead couple bickers, argues, and falls in love, but never loses sight of the objective finding and keeping her sibling safe. Roxanne St. Claire provides her audience with a terrific thrilling tale. --- Harriet Klausner

    Romantic Suspense At Its Best

Alex Romero fears his days at the elite Bullet Catchers agency may be numbered after the fiasco surrounding his last case. But his boss offers him another chance and he¿s off to Miami to protect Jessica Adams, a high-profile newscaster who apparently is being stalked by an overzealous fan. However when he breaks into her apartment to scare her and show her how much she needs his help, he discovered he¿s scared the wrong Miss Adams. In his presence is Jasmine Adams, Jessica¿s twin sister who has come to Miami to impersonate her twin while Jessica goes undercover for an important investigation. Soon Jazz realizes that her sister is missing and fears she may be dead. She and Alex become reluctant partners in an investigation that leads them into the underbelly of Miami and puts them both in danger. KILL ME TWICE is easily the best romantic suspense that this author has written. It¿s filled with sexy dialogue, intriguing characters, red herrings galore and enough sizzling sexual tension to light up Las Vegas. The plot is superb and will keep the reader guessing til the villain is revealed. This is the first of a series of Bullet Catcher books. Next up is THRILL ME TO DEATH, Max Roper¿s story, in 2006.
