Absorbing book that will leave you breathless...

This book totally kept me engrossed in Darren Shan's adventure through the unknown. This is a true page turner and will leave you wanting for more. Don't pick up the book, look at the cover and put it back down, yes i know the covers are immature, but this book is NOT immature. Trust me, i am a young teenager, and i thought that this was going to be immature, but it wasnt. I surprised by how funny this was, sarcasm is the worlds best invention.

Very good book to continue the series

The War of the Scars continues while Darren'the half vampire, prince,and assistant',Mr.Crepsley'pretty much darrens guardian',Harkat'the little person trying to find his identity',and Vancha' the wild vampire prince' keep searching for the lord of the vampaneze whom they must kill in order for there entire race to survive.This time around they are dealing with vampaneze in the tunnels and humans above them in the city who are out to kill them because of the confusion between the vampires and vampaneze and many unknown caused murders.This is an action packed book that has twists in it and makes you want more.Darren Shan did a great job with describing the conflicts in the book and keeping you from getting bored.Anyone who likes vampires or action,twistsand turns would enjoy this series.I felt this was a very enjoyable read nd cant wait to get the next one.

Awsome action book

The title of my book is CIRQUE DU FREAK book number nine, Killers of the dawn, were Darren is on the run with his companions from the law. There has been an incomprehensible murder. The police and towns people think Darren and his companions are behind them. The main idea reminded me of the on going war in Iraq.

Great book, Oustanding

The title of the book is Cirque du Freak #9. Dan Shan Vampire Prince. He kills or try¿s to kill the Vampire Lord, and Mr. Crisply dies by being shot. This reminds me of deer, trying to kill deer out in the woods. Over all the entire book was really great about killing, bursting out of jail. The police think there harmful vampires were after the strangeness¿ of things.

Great Series!

I really love this series, but what happened to Mr. Crepsley was just awful!!!! But read all the books anyway!

Cirque DU freak

This is one of the best books i have evr read in my life. I finished it in two day and still wanted a lot more. If you are a vampire lover like me this is the book for you!

I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!!!!!i love this SERIES!! i cant stand goin to see horror movies but i love darren shans books there just so great!!! but it was sad and shocking whith what he did with mr.crepsley's charactor...but all in all there great books!!!! I LOVE THEM! if i hadnt said that enough already! lol i plan on getting his demonta series...lol....I LOVE HIS BOOKS!!!

This Book Should be at Least 7 or More Stars!!!

If you havent read this book dont read my review.Im warning you stop reading. Okay, well i hated that Mr. Crepsley had to die, it really sucks. And when Darren was making up possible solutions when Mr. Crepsley fell i actually believed them. But then i realized he was only making them up in the next chapter. This book is one of the best in the series. So if you read this review and you havent bought the book, then i recommend it. C ya everyone!!!

ONCE AGAIN AN EXCELLENT BOOK!!

i loved the book. Darren is a very brave a person and i feel bad for him towards the end. Soon Darren feels like an idiot when he is told something that will change his life. A MUST READ

Lord help my soul

This book was so good and suspenseful that tears came because of frustration. It was that good. A beautiful book and well written.
