    Love never dies

This is an excellent review of a teacher's forbidden desire for a student...only to come back and make his dreams come true in college. NO YOU PERV! it's not that kind of story...it is a touching tale of a school girl's crush on her teacher and the dilemna of living her life w/out true love. She measures everyone by that one man she thought she could never have.

A Kiss Remembered by Sandra Brown
Shelley had kissed her teacher, Grant when she was younger. They both knew it was off limits and ended it then.
10 years later: she was back at the university and he was her professor. She had given up pursueing her education and him by marrying Darrell because she couldn't be with the one she loved. She ended up leaving college to go to work so he could get his medical education and career going. After he got his degree he left her. that's when things changed for her.
She knows she shouldn't be after him and this time he isn't going to leave her alone. She just wants one kiss and she relishes that contact.
She agrees to grade the exams, at nights, sometimes at his house and there are a lot of sensual descriptions of what happens.....
He tells her of his past and why he left the last school and she looks up to him for what he stood up for.
A student sexually approaches Grant in hopes of becoming his lover and he won't have any part of it although she states she will tell the president of the university.
Her ex goes to her house one morning after she's been helping the professor grade papers the night before and it got late so he stayed over. Darrell warns her to stop or he won't be able to marry the hospitals presidents daughter. Grant shows him why that can't matter. Just when you think it can't get any worse: A student, Prudence then throws a paternity suit against him.

    Timeless Romance

Any red blooded American girl worth her salt will admit to being infatuated with one or more of her male high school teachers, but what might have happened if that innocent fascination were taken to the next level? On impulse, high school teacher, Grant Chapman, kisses young Shelley Browning and gets more than he bargains for. Her heartfelt response surprises him and Grant swiftly does the right thing, leaving Shelley behind for a new life as a Congressional aide in Washington, DC.

Ten years later, Shelley enrolls in a course that Grant Chapman is teaching at a local college, curious to find out whether there might be anything left of the spark of love he ignited in her so long ago. Grant has been seared by a horrible scandal in Washington and Shelley is all too aware that their roles haven't changed much since high school. Grant is still her teacher and she, his student. A secret romance between them is unthinkable, impossible - yet all too true!

Obstacle after obstacle is surmounted by Grant and Shelley and at last, their dream of a blissful new life together seems close to reality. Still, Shelley's position as a student casts some doubt about the true nature of their relationship and the outraged college dean demands an explanation. In addition, Grant's damaged reputation and the startling claims of a disgruntled female student cast a funereal pall on what should be the happiest day of Shelley's life. Can Grant and Shelley find love and a future together when so many stand in the way of their happiness? Find out in A Kiss Remembered.

    CORNY

THIS WAS THE WORST SANDRA BROWN I HAVE READ SO FAR. NOT ENOUGH CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT OR STORYLINE. TOO MUCH 'ROMANCE'EVEN FOR A ROMANCE NOVEL.

    I loved it!

I'm not a fan of reading, but a friend recommended this book and I couldn't put it down. It tells the story of a romance all of us hope to find.

    Meh

I like reading Sandra Brown books but I just didn't enjoy this one. I felt that it was way to cheesey for me. I also can't picture a teacher crossing that line and then still fantasize about the same student. Not to mention that he left her and then she just wanted him back. I just felt that the female characeter needed a little more back bone.

    Wonderful

This book was great. I read it in three hours. Once I started I just could not put it down until the end. Do you remember your first love? This book was like that. The first kiss and your first love. It is something that you never forget. In many cases the ending is not the same, the couple reuniting after so many years. But this is definately a novel that a woman can relate to if you ever had a real first love.

    BORING

I guess I am just not the romance novel type. I read the book in a few hours and was so bored. Shelley is very annoying...talk about a tease. I felt like the book was written a hundred times before and the author just changed a few words around and changed the title. I gave romance a try, but I just can't do it.

    Boring

This was one of the most boring stories by Sandra Brown. There was no story!! It was all over the place - lack of coherence. The chemistry between the two characters didn't exactly 'sizzle'. Bottom line - just a bad read. Don't bother!

    TImeless and Heartful

The chemistry between the characters is great! I love how Brown does this! It's for every girl that's ever had a crush on their teacher/professor. I know you did! Very touching...Shelly hesitates, but I would jump blindly into Grant's arms!

    Sweetest I've read from Brown!

All right, so I have only read 3 of her books. But of those three, 'Kiss Remembered' was the one that really sticked to my mind. I loved the plot, the trips down memory lane, and the pure sweetness of it all.
