First things first, do heed the warning about this book being intended for audiences 18+. Kissing Under the Mistletoe does have a number of steamy sex scenes. That's why I would label it as erotica first and a holiday romance second. With that said, this is one of the few pieces of erotica I've read that actually has a good story. The unfolding love story between Gabe and Bree is such a beautiful story that at times it seems highly in contrast with the deeply erotic scenes in the book. It's almost like you're reading two different books. That's not to say that the book wasn't good. I really enjoyed it. The love story was spot on, but there were times that I was frustrated by the amounts of sex in the book. Don't get me wrong, I love sex just as much as the next girl, but the scenes did seem to take away from the story just a bit rather than building on it. Still, it was a good story that I recommend to those looking for a steamy romance this holiday season. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
