    Jean Paul Valley replaces Bruce, but he makes Gotham worse and not better. The fight at the end is great!

    Although better than part one it still has the same shortcomings. But the final battle is one to be remembered.

    Good but strange turn in Batman's life!

    The second installment of the Knightfall storyline is chalked full of action but there are some glaring issues with the trade. I still, even after reading it, can’t figure out why Jean Paul Valley is given the reigns by Bruce Wayne. It made little sense before I read the story and less now. His turn in the cowl is interesting but oddly placed. Robin and Nightwing’s involvement are puzzling. Bane and the Scarecrow really shine here though. Both are scary in their own ways. The art is classic for the time and I really enjoyed it. Overall, an interesting look back to a strange and turbulent time in the life of Batman.

    A Dark Batman.

    Part 2 continues where the story leaves off. Bruce Wayne is injured in his battle with Bane, Gotham City is in chaos with Bane taking over the city. Who will stop Bane? The Batman. A replacement for Wayne has been found with Jean Paul Valley aka Azrael who will be a different Batman from his predecessor. The events will have serious long term affects for Batman and the entire Bat family.

    The Best

    I read this title along time ago. Close to when it first came out and the KnoghtFall series are still my favorite Graphic Novels. This will have you on the edge of your seat and you will have a love/hate relationship with Jean Paul Valley.
