Great book for my son
I got this book for my son because he is such a Lego fan. He loved being able to see Lego sets from before his time. He has spent many hours looking at and reading this book. I recommend this for any Lego fan.

Great gift book for Lego lovers.
My Lego loving boys received this as a Christmas gift and they are constantly reading it. It's a coffee table book at our house. My kids think this book is awesome. It shows the history of Lego and every set they have produced with large, colorful pictures.

OUTSTANDING BOOK OF INFORMATION
I bought this book for my 7 year old son because he absolutely loves Legos. We looked through it together and found the most interesting and informative facts about Legos that we had not know before reading this book. It has so much incredible information about the history of Legos. The reading was easy to follow and the pictures were amazing. I would definitely recommend this book (actually there were 2 of them - one about minifigs...AWESOME!!! The minifigs book follows the history of minifigs and shows how they actually started, what they looked like from the beginning and what they looked like throughout the years) to anyone that loves Legos (even if you don't, you'll read some interesting facts)!!!

If you love LEGO, you'll probably want this book for your collection.
Very entertaining and a wonderful reference guide to the world of LEGO. A book you'll revisit more than a few times. Also, check out LEGO Star Wars: The Visual Dictionary ~ it's fantastic and even comes with an exclusive mini figure.

Another Lego Obsession Story
We purchased this book set for my son for his 9th birthday. He has all of the other lego books that are out there. He has absolutely loved it! He was very excited to read about the Lego discovery center in Illinois. We went there a few days after receiving the book and he thought it was very cool that he already knew what to expect. The book about the mini figures is very informative also. Minifigures are the best part of lego sets in our mind so to be able to seee a history of the mini figure as well as all the specialty ones was very interested. Overall a good purchase for a lego fanatic. Great pictures and can keep even a nonreader occupied for many an hour.

Must have for the Lego Lover in your house
I bought this book as a Christmas present for my 11 year old nephew. He didn't want to open any other gifts after getting these two fabulous books. He was hooked. Granted it's not exactly reading material - he just looks at the pictures for the most part. But it was great to see him with a book in his hand versus the Wii controls. He loves this book and now has a list of all the Legos he wants for the next fifty or so holidays. It was worth the $25 to put the smile on his face.

Grandson Thrilled to get book
We gave this book to our 10 year old grandson for Christmas, it was on his "list". The smiles have not stopped from his joy of the book. His dad also enjoys this book, so, not just for kids. It is a good solid book with the cover being very strong. If you are into the history of Legos and/or want to see everything they have made, this is the book for you.

My Son Loves It!
Purchased this as a Christmas present for my son and he loves it. He's loves checking out all of the set and especially the mini-figures it displays. He uses it to get ideas for things to build with the sets he has. I know it has been a big hit with his friends that play with Legos also.

A Lego maven's dream!
My 12 year old son has been a Lego fan for his whole life. He loves to build and collect Lego sets, and is very interested in the design and engineering behind the complex models. He reads Lego magazines like a collector series. So this book set, which shows the history and development of Legos, and especially the companion book with Minifigures through the ages, is both instructive as well as nostalgic for him. He received this as a gift, and I would guess he will keep it for his future children!
