This book is well made and fun. My 12-yr old daughter enjoys it. It is made so you can practice the lacing in your lap and the directions looked simple to follow.

Great idea for a gift

I'm a teenage girl, I don't have this book, but, I want this book so bad! It looks so cool. If you give this book as a gift, give some neat shoes to go along, or tell someone that you're getting this book and persuay them into getting shoes. Take it from a teenage girl, two words: buy it.

My teenage son gave this book to my teenage daughter for Christmas. They haven't put it down since she opened it. There are diagrams and photos of each of the different lacing techniques. The book is three folded, so you can flip the front cover 'which is used to practice', to the instruction page you are working on. It comes with some shoe laces to practice, but you will need to purchase your own to use in your shoes. The kids say that the instructions are relatively easy to follow. And your kicks will definately look cooler. We've already purchased two more to give as birthday gifts for teens.
