Great book, great author.
A mixture of the everyday and the fantastic, as the protagonist is drawn into a struggle to prevent the thirty pieces of silver paid to Judas from being reunited. The story has moments of humor, even hilarity, horror, and the bizarre as only Blaylock can write. It has well-written, suprisingly realistic characters, and gives us a glimpse of a world beyond the blinders so many of us wear so often. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. exceptional, mysterious fiction with laugh-out-loud dark humor
If you enjoy Tim Powers, Stephen King & authors like them, this book is for you. Mr. Blaylock is my favorite author, bar none. Read this & you'll be looking for the rest of his works in no time. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
