    more from this reviewer

    It's all about skating!

I really like this book. It gives crisp, clear instruction about super-dynamically moving your body and your skates on the ice. Working the drills the author links to each skill is noticeably improving my power, speed, and agility... and my overall enjoyment of the game!

    power skating by laura stamm

POWER SKATING proves to be an important resource for anyone who has either a serious interest in ice hockey or the casual reader who wants to learn more about what the sport of hockey entails.
From the beginner to the NHL player, this book is the bible of hockey.
The reader cannot help but come a way with a vastly heightened knowledge of this sport.
All aspects of the sport are covered; physical training, mental preparation, strategies, tactics and equipment are detailed in its deep complexity, but in ajform that is easily digested by the reader.
Ifyou have an interest in hockey wether it be from a caual standpoint or a dyed in the wool super enthusiast; this book is a ''must read'' for your sports library.
