I'm a writer (that's my book below) and a practicing hypnotherapist, and I love Abraham's and the Hicks' work for its clear, crisp and clean accessibility. If you are new to this kind of work, this is the perfect place to start. This book can help you learn to attract your own joyful exuberance, connect to your purpose and attract the money you need, too!

esoteric, interesting for the open minded

This series requires an open mind and a desire for personal improvement. It has much to offer for an intelligent and inquisitive person. Limited thinkers and those with little or no insight will miss the mark here.

    A Sad Joke!

I purchased this CD collection along with The Secret. I found the concepts to be similar. However, this particular collection was quite dissapointing to me. Basically Esther claims to have Abraham speak through her at a moments notice with this funny accent that was all the more annoying. I personally really tried to get over this and try to grasp the concept, but I found that to be impossible I would advise you against purchasing this CD collection. If anything you'll get more out of The Secret.

    Looking for Love...Here it Is...

Love, validation, the secret of eternal life will all be found in this book. What is the cost? Only your critical thinking skills. You must completely surrender yourself to your emotional guidance and let it show you the secrets of the universe. Esther Hicks channels this book (or as she would say, "receives" from a nonphysical perspective) from the group of entities collectively known as Abraham. They know what you want, everything that you desire, and they will tell you everything that will make you feel more at ease about this world around you.

I highly recommend this book as the beginning of a serious delusion about the nature of reality, as you exchange actual reality with the one presented by Abraham. The upside? The belief that you are the creator of your reality. The downside? Immense guilt and self-blame for everything that is going wrong. Will this be the answer to all your questions? I've known plenty of Abers (an affectionate term used among people applying the principles of Abraham) and they have just as many problems as everyone else. The only difference is Abers are more guarded and defensive about their altered perception of the universe than most. Though, you will see similar delusions in other fundamental religions. If you continue on this path, be prepared to listen to many more CDs and youtube videos. They will help you in slowly letting go of that silly critical thinking and focusing on reality and you will open up to a new, better emotional thinking. Let this emotional snuff fill your mind and heart and control your life!
