    I have read many spiritual books and several other Dan Millman books. This would be a great book for someone just starting a spiritual search. It is simple, straight forward and short and very non-denominational.

It is also very non-denominational. What I like about Dan is his pragmatic approach to spirituality. He not only puts it in terms that anyone can understand, he gives the reader something to do. He doesn't just say things like you need to feel more or something wacky like, just sit and hold loving space. YUCK!

    Wonderful book

    Dan Millman has so many great books and this is another wonderful story full of life lessons. I read it many years ago and now give it to friends on a regular basis.

    Helps You Attack Goals with Patience

    The book was very easy to read and was extremely informing spiritually. After reading the book once, I had to go back another time to just meditate over many of the points expressed. I can say my life is a little better from just reading this book.

    Transforming Power

    This book leads the reader through a series of ideas/life changing values that moves one's life into higher awareness. It is in a life of transformation one experiences the power of spirit. This book outlines some of these laws that can move one into a purpose filled existence, and even, one led by a power greater than ourselves. Enjoy!

This book shares how you and I can follow the universal principles outlined in this book and find well-being on every aspect of our life.
