This was an amazingly hot little read. Linda is short with pale eyes and skin and strawberry blonde hair and considers herself a Plain Jane. She finds herself attending an old college friend’s wedding (although she’s really not sure why she said yes since she doesn’t really like crowds, drinking or dancing) wearing a prim navy blue suit and being accosted by a belligerent drunk at the wedding party who finds her “hot”. Huh?

Just as she’s about to knee him in his dangly parts, a gorgeous man comes to her rescue. He pretends to be her date and gets her away from the drunk. She turns around to thank him – and he’s gone. She shrugs it off and decides to call a cab to go home when he returns with a drink just for her and asks her to stay. He then reminds her that they know each other but Linda doesn’t have a clue. She’d remember someone this gorgeous. He’s the bride’s cousin, Eric, and Linda made out with him on an old sofa in college one night. Back then he was grunge, now he’s hot.

Eric then introduces her to his friend Nate, another hottie with a lip piercing, hair dyed black and makeup smudges around the eyes. Now, that’s not something that I would even look at in real life but in this novella it comes off as smokin’! Nate is smooth and charming with sex oozing out everywhere.

The highlights from here are a lap dance from one of the strippers of the club they’re in (I won’t tell you who gets to enjoy that one!), some time spent against a brick wall, more time against a door, more time… well, you get the idea. I don’t think I need to go on from here – you can find out for yourself just how good the sex is between the three of them – but the build-up alone is worth any time put into this story.

Lauren writes a very good erotic story that is (almost) believable. As a plus, it involves the emotions as well as the libido. That’s something that’s not always easy to accomplish in a novella where the word constraints can make it difficult to get all the factors of a good story in.

This is the third story in her Erotic Me series. I haven’t read the first two but am definitely going back to get them! Reviewed by Marissa. Book provided by Bewitching Book Tours. Reviews Originally Posted @ Romancing the Book.
