    Gamer Luna

She was eating pizza in the depths of her basement room, the Moon Games Floor, as her mother Galaxia and sisters Celestia and Twilight called it.

A must have for anyone interested or involved in video games!

Level Up! The Guide to Great Video Game Design is a simple and brilliant look at what really goes into designing video games. This is not some wordy textbook filled with verbose theory. Rather, it's an easily understood book written from personal experience in a way that will have you laughing as often as nodding your head in agreement.

As someone working in the independent video game industry, this book has proven invaluable to me. Everything from designing engaging gameplay to improving your characters to planning levels to doing the paperwork to, most importantly, getting other people interested in seeing what you've designed are all covered. Whether you want to make your own games or you're simply a video game enthusiast who wants to know more of what happens behind the scenes, this book is for you.
