What an amazing book!
Aleta St.James and her book have been instrumental in being able to move forward in my life. I was able to move beyond my divorce and find internal happiness. She has shown me how to have balance in my life and at the same time become extremely successful at business. I highly recommend Life Shift!

An important life addition
I enjoyed reading Life Shift and am incorporating Aleta St. James' techniques into my daily life. I am happy with her work and have found her suggestions in the book to be quite helpful.
