So easy and quick to read

My grandson loves this book and chimes right in while I am reading it to him. The graphics are really nice also.

    Pretty good

Little kids always ask if they can read the little engine that could!
Although, I will say the picture quality is not the greatest on my black and white nook.

    Good lessons...

Kids learn that it's OK to ask for help sometimes. And it's good to help others who need it.

    My #1 favorite pic book

I have read this book to my siblings millions of times and they never get bored of it! I think that this story is teaching the lesson that can't never could. Otherwise known as don't say no when you haven't tried yet! :D

    The Best Edition EVER!

I have always loved the The Little That Could and have read it my children over and over. The illustrations in this edition finally live up to the story. The artist created paintings that are so lush and the characters are all adorable and fun. The individual trains are amazing and the clown is the most likable, funny clown I have ever seen. The illustrations make it a new story all over again. I will be giving this book as a gift to both children an adults alike!

    Best Kids Book Ever

'The Little Engine That Could,' has been a favorite of mine since my grandpa used to read it to me while I sat on hit lap. That was almost 14 years ago now and at 19 I think I know what a good children's book is when I see it. I hope that everyone can see it here in Watty Piper's 'The Little Engine That Could.'
