London on the Pop
I'm off to London this month and wanted a map small enough to put in my pocket and that didn't scream "tourist" on the street. The map is clear and color coordinated. It even has a map of the Tube Line. The Stations are clearly marked, along with the Districts and main attractions. I look forward to using it in RealTime! The map has two distinct sections that pop open like a beautiful origami project. The left pop out section has main bus routes and Top London Sights, and concentrates on Central London. The section on the right includes the West End and street index.

A ton of infomation in a tiny and discrete format.
This is a very comprehensive set of maps for the pedestrian traveler trying to make the most of London. While not appropriate for those wanting to drive around the city, those making their way on foot would probably appreciate this inconspicuous set of maps. It is tiny enough for easy packing and if you whip this out on a street corner it is not going to scream "tourist". In spite of this diminutive size, it is large enough to easily read. The guide includes maps of; central London, the West End, main bus routes, the Underground (central only) and Theatreland; where there is a very high concentration of attractions. I would have given this a 4.5/5 if that was an option as this is a very clever, thorough and well developed product. However, on a few occasions the pop-up maps have not collapsed appropriately, so one needs to be a little careful in order to not squash or tear the folds. All things considered, I would purchase additional PopOut Maps. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
