    Fun read!

After reading so many serious historical romances, I needed a break. I was looking for something with fun, intrigue, and steamy romance....And I got it! This is a really fun book about the famed pirate, Black Heart, who is not what he seems. In the year 1702 he is taking his enemy, Thomas Low, to the queen to be tried for the murder for Black Heart's family. During the journey, a hurricane strikes, and Low is freed. When Black Heart wakes up he is crawling up to the island he buried his sister on years ago and find that things are not what they were when he left. Kate and Casey Cunningham are stranded on an island in the Bermuda Triangle in the year 1998. Kate is a widow whose husband was killed a few years ago, and now she is trying to find buried treasure on the island. Casey, who is 6, is praying for a pirate from God. To her mother's dismay, Casey's prayers are answered. Over the next few weeks, Kate and Casey nurse Black Heart back to health, while he is trying to find a way to get back to 1702 and bring Low to justice. Kate and Black Heart learn a lot about each other, and about love.... ENJOY!!!

    Funny and Entertaining

I thought this was a good book, it was a little predictable but... it was funny and entertaining for a light enjoyable fantasy read.

    Quite a Dissapointment

After the first couple of chapters, I could almost predict what the story would bring. Sure enough... it wasn't a suprise. I've read much better time-travel romances and I have multiple bookcases to prove it. This is one of those you don't keep to read again.
