A lot of good points and reminders

Yes, there are a few spelling and grammar errors. But if you always let that destroy the credibility of every book you read, you may as well take every book off your shelf and throw it in the garbage can. Even books that are read and edited by professionals and publishe...
Yes, there are a few spelling and grammar errors. But if you always let that destroy the credibility of every book you read, you may as well take every book off your shelf and throw it in the garbage can. Even books that are read and edited by professionals and published by big names have errors. The important thing is he makes a lot of good points, many of which I already abide by. It is refreshing to hear these truths spoken by other people because the majority of health and fitness information floating around is so backwards, it's revolting. I lost about 60 pounds a couple years ago and let me tell you, the information he gives is almost exactly what I have naturally been doing on my own to have lost the weight and keep it off. I eat as healthy as I can, but I deny myself nothing that I want. I have been practicing yoga, pilates and ballet every single day the past few years. I drink plenty of water and keep myself hydrated. Weight loss and maintenance is not complicated and there is no specific formula as most fitness mags and fad diet books will try to convince you. Give this book a read, the author was kind enough to offer it free to the public. And it is worth your time.

It IS free...

I have a hard time putting much stock into a book like this when editing for grammar and spelling are clearly not a priority; there is a mistake on almost every page. If the author doesn't know the difference between "where" and "we're," I seriously question his creden...

That being said, a few of the tips in the book are genuinely useful, if not common sense. Quick and easy read that makes you think about how you can change your eating habits to lose some weight.

    Unreadable

    The tips in this book might be useful, but I can't get past all the egregious typos. Was this book edited by the author's dog?? Additionally, none of the tips were revolutionary. Eat in moderation and exercise. Really?! What a concept!

    dosnt make any sence!!!!

    He talks about the "false gods of weight loss" and its stupid stuff like willpower, and choosing X number pounds that you need to lose weight! Its soooooooooooo stupid!

    Really???

    If the so called author doesn't know how to even spell or how to use proper grammer how in the world does he/she know the secret to wieght loss. I know some people make mistakes but according to other reveiws I have read people don't make this many mistakes, especially if they are real author wiyh a publisher and i don't know; spelling and grammer check.

    I dont recommend this at all.

    It really is a twist of words for diet. People have to be more concerned what and how they eat. Along with exercise. There is no miracle drug for weight lost.
    When people try that lose weight quick fad , once they stop they gain the weight back and more.

    Too hard

    So i promised myself id follow this diet or whatever but when i tried to start it my nook was so far away like all the way across the room so i decided to eat some chips because at least they were polite enough to be within arms reach.

    It dosent work very well

    I tried to loose 45 pounds today but instead i gained .5096 of an ounce. I ran for 3 miniutes then ate a 300 calorie bar and i gained the.5096! I wish it worked better.....i have a life ya know!i judt want to look like megan fox by tomorrow. I am also getting plastic surgery by some doctor. I forget his name though..oh well...i guess i can look like katy perry instead.
