    Wonderful Soul Addition

I picked up Ledisi's album on a whim and boy, am I ever glad that I did! She was the best purchase of the day! This album is filled with relaxing, inspirational music that truly soothes the soul. In true Neo-Soul fashion, she has created an album that is great from start to finish! If you enjoy Rahsaan Patterson, Maxwell, classic Jill Scott and Amel Larrieux, then you will love this album! Be sure to add it to your collection, you won't be disappointed in the LEAST!

Haven't heard talent like this since Chaka Khan in the 80's

I must say that I recently went to a Ledisi concert with friends having just barely heard of her from a cousin and with no formal expectations. By the next morning every one of the people in my group of ten had bought her album and played it on repeat. Simply put, Ledisi is the answer to the prayers of those missing good quality music based on unprocessed vocal talent. I only wish that her first two albums would be re-released so that I can continue to support someone so deserving. BTW, I hope we don't have to wait long for a live album to be released. It would no doubt be my favorite CD since The Miseducation of Lauren Hill.

    beautiful

I heard Ledisi one morning on the Steve Harvey Morning Show and I tell you she blow me away with her sound. Incrediable voice with a smooth and powerful tone, the CD is a must have.
