    Excellent book!

I read the first book in the series years ago and loved it. This installation has me wanting more! I can't wait to devour the third!

    Terrible Character

I can't begin to understand why Jude Deveraux would create a character like Reagan and then proceed to make her the main character. This one character essentially ruins what had potential to be a good story. She's incredibly annoying, unbelievable naive and while her naivete is somewhat understandable her utter stupidity, childish tantrums and illogical attitude isn't. What her ultimate appeal as a main character is I just cant grasp. She continues to hold Farrel, a man who has no respect for her and has insulted her, in high regard while the man who takes care of her she gets no respect and she continuously makes unfounfed and idiotic assumptions about him and tries to get away from him despite the obvious lack of other options. I can't say I am terribly disappointed. With Deveraux it's either hit or miss, no in between. I'm simply baffled at this uniquely annoying character.

    A VERY GREAT READ

I read this book several years ago. I really enjoyed it. I loan it to several friends and specifically told them all to return it. I have added this book to my personal library and now and again I take it out and re-read it. Jude is a talented author. Valarie Clarke, Freeport, Bahamas
