Well written and researched -- brought back fond memories to me
Well written and researched -- brought back fond memories to me and my family. Both Peggy Scott Laborde and Tom Fitzmorris are well respected New Orleans food historians and this book demonstrates their love of the City and its fascination with food. You will enjoy it!

Highly Recommended
Being a New Orleans girl, I found the book very well written and evokes wonderful memories of restaurants that are not longe around.
