Back to Petal!

This was a great book. Beth is a great leading lady. She knows what she wants and goes for it. I love the family banter as well. When I read Lauren Dane's books it is like visiting with family. Can't wait to return to Petal!

Good but not great

But for some reason I couldn't feel the connection between the hero and heroine. There was no sexual tension or chemistry. SPOILER ALERT: I didn't like the way the heroine practically forced the hero to go out with her in the first place and then later after he dumped her, literally pushing her out the door, yet she kept throwing herself at him, over and over. I really felt like she should've kicked this guy to the curb.

    Not that interesting

No real storyline. Dragged in the middled and finally skipped 75 pages to get to the end.
